I have a full time job out and try to put in a couple of hours at night to real estate.

@Drew DenhamI like to move a little slower than most and keep my debt low or at zero, sleep better at night and I know my house won't have a notice in the window!

@Markus March so you think all in you will have $22k into it, what is it worth before and after repairs, what are rents in the area, how are you paying, who is going to manage, how long will it take, what is the neighborhood like - safe day and night, are you buying to flip, live, rent? 

So last night my biz partner and I sat down with two rich guys who are considering investing with us.

I've spent a lot of time in Fort Bragg over the past fifteen years - it's one of my favorite places to visit, usually coupled with abalone diving.

I work 50+ hours a week in my job, never have weekends off, and work evenings/nights.
