We have been in the attic and can clearly see the 2 areas where wood is rotten (probably 2- 4 long), rest of the wood looks nice and dry.

Most counties also require a bailiff deposit ($50 where I'm at) in order to pay for an officer to visit the property on day of setout.

hey Kimo, you basically get the sellers property and you put it under contract yourself if the property is undervalued enough for you to make a profit from that property AND the buyer. then you just sell the contract to the buyer thats interested in the property and you make a nice profit from that wholesale deal

To get a visual, is a basement dirt floor, no entry, but private; 1st floor kitchen & living room, however they just threw a stove & frig, in a room, so, I would have to put in an actual kitchen; 3rd floor 2 bedrooms & full bath (its nasty and needs a full gut), 4th Floor is an attic that is like a full floor so it's a nice perk to store stuff; but the condition is beyond what I can describe...it's like you owned a building for 50 years and you did no renovation EVER and that's the condition.
