I'm not sure if there is a creative option I'm missing here, but I'd love any and all advice on the best way to get myself into a traditional mortgage on a 55k property, but with cash up front.

It does allow a larger renter pool and more money to the bottom line, but it is hit and miss on if the pets do more damage than additional income collected.

USD is  much higher than most currencies, once that corrects itself, you've missed your chance.

yup apparently the HOA covers all exteriors but I just feel like this deal is really good and cos it's my first deal I'm a little worried that I may be missing something 

I found both my managers on craigslist and have never had a missed changeover from either of them.
