That will take care of the vast majority of your problems, just to know what you're getting into on both those fronts. 

These are good products to use on foreclosures and properties that need anywhere from a little TLC to a LOT of work. 

Either way, they make a killing and you get a sub par product.

CO is a product of incomplete combustion, so if there is gas to the house or a fireplace, you might want to have someone called out to take a look.
