Use Google to research for this information.Once you select an investment city, you need to find an experienced investment team.

Otherwise, the IRS will penalize you.See attached pic for an example. 

They dropped the price and went under contract before I could make an offer.

If that's who you are interested in, listening to him on any podcast for an hour will tell you a lot about the vibe of the company before you do more due diligence.
