Hi all,IS it legal for one member of a dual member LLC to claim all of the income/pay all of the taxes on their tax returns.

Angela.Oakland is very hard to work with for permitting. 

We currently have our eye on a tear down sitting on less than about 7,000 square feet of waterfront land.I'm curious if anyone has experience with the shoreline certification process and pulling permits to build waterfront.

I think the key for you is going to be finding a legal and financially viable way to support Desire 1.

Making sure you have the permits and that the building is up to code, otherwise when you plan to sell a new buyer may have to tear out the old work to meet their financing terms. 

My questions involves the legality of such a scenario: Can I use an FHA loan if I plan on only staying there on the weekends?

If it is black and white spelled out as to who will do what then if a partner doesn't hold up their end then legal stuff can be done at that point. 

Their posts certainly make me wonder about legalities LOL.
