It means AirBnB has become a dirty word because people do things like get a lease on an apartment in a large apartment building in NYC and “AirBnB” it until they get caught then they get booted and they find another building and do it again.

We talked to several banks and found one very large bank that would rap the rehab with the mortgage the problem with this bank is they were very difficult to work with especially for the contractors.
