I use google voice to interact with my tenants for everything so their messages (voice or text) are emailed to me and I can access them wherever I have a wifi connection.

But they also take a "buyer/renter beware" stance and their view, based on my interactions with building department and section 8 inspectors is: as long as the house does not have cracking or chipped paint, the chances of it effecting people is basically non-existent.

I just want to understand WHY mine was cancelled.Roofstock offers a technology platform called a "Market Place" where the buyers and sellers interact to complete a transaction.
