I agree that majority of the folks on BP do not need LLCs - I also agree that majority that do have LLCs operate them incorrectly.

Your numbers are skewed incorrectly if that’s the case.

The media, politicians and the leftest activists in California have been pushing the "eviction" narrative for the last few years and they are really ramping up the incorrect use of the word to be a catch all phrase for any lawful ending to a term contract. 

I'm not saying that *everything* on her site is biased or incorrect, but the website author clearly is biased based on her own experience and has the proverbial bone to pick.So are we all biased.

It helped me to hear a bit more about their platform and details of how they operate and it certainly changed some of my perceptions that were incorrect.

But, if one keeps up the mindset that your insurance company won't pay, then I think you are using either a poor insurance company or have the incorrect insurance policy.If you are doing AirBnB specifically, i thought the company provides some amount of insurance for you.I don't do str not exactly sure about specific homeowner's/landlord policies, but i know other str investors who use "regular" landlord policies and have checked with their insurers...LLC's as its said provide the limited liabiilty protection. 

I find Zillow is mostly incorrect because it's located at a different state.
