Any tips on how I should potentially navigate this differently?

Home buyers already had the option of not using an agent.

We bought our 1st home, saved some money and bought a duplex investment property.

That is the customer and who pays, it doesn't matter who owns the home then or now.

This could be a reasonable price but this was only from 2 companies, but would anyone else who is a GC or home builder please let me know about building price per square foot in their area or in Kansas City area?

Got it online from Home Depot for $3k but I’ve seen it as high as $5k. 

For those of us with reasons not to allow pets, I was wondering if it is possible to advertise to the niche of people who really want vacation homes that try hard not to have pet dander.

Often lists for your area are free, or if you pay for a subscription from a local provider it probably will have more helpful detail you will want.Have fun, but leave your credit cards and checkbooks at home so you won't be tempted.
