I think in California you are required to give a Legal Reason, to make sure you aren't discriminating against purple haired people and such.Not that I'd ever do that ...

Me, i'm a woman but i would be so eager in a hurry to break the wall down properly then have a carpenter go to home depot buy a piece of dry wall put the wall back up quickly and easily i wouldn't waste any time if it's your house before renting it out whats the delay to find out whats vibrating and if it's certainly a ghost you would find that out too! 

FYI It is Colorado, a dry state!

If your books are not squeaky clean, expect some friendly government auditor to hang you out to dry as soon as they have the opportunity. 

If so, does that first year have a dry period for the first quarter or two?

They said she could revoke the trust, leaving them high and dry, even though the trust specifically says that as trustee, I can retain any assets needed to meet commitments.  

I was originally thinking that the moisture was coming up through the concrete, but I don't believe that is the issue for these reasons... the top of the carpet is damp but when you pull back the carpet, the padding below is dry as well as the concrete. 

Hope all is well in Cleveland, I actually own a duplex in old Brooklyn but thankfully that basement is dry.  

This is actually a 3 year goal- I purchased two last year and am pretty dry right now unfortunately.
