With as many people here who post the "read the site" replies the only thing they are doing is mostly speaking a foreign language to an inexperienced, new investor because the information on the site is scattered and not in any order to get a new investor from A to Z without first confusing them.

If you ever want to evict or go to court in MD, you'll want to make sure that you're registered to do business in MD with the MD Secretary of State.Therefore, if you organize the LLC in VA, you'd still have to register the LLC as a foreign company with the MD SoS.If it was me, I'd organize in MD.
