Now a lot of debt is indexed to inflation I know I heard somewhere and cannot remember the specifics, but we need to have high inflation for an extended period of time to bring our debt to GDP ratio back to a manageable level.I will agree with most of your points at the end with buying positive CF assets that have long term fixed rate debt, but I would be careful buying stocks.
