The seller did not disclose that he was going bankrupt and that the sale would be subject to bankruptcy court approval until after we had executed all contracts.

The bank has obtained two writs of execution since the BK ended and the property is now scheduled for a sheriff's sale next month.  

I agree with @Ricky Beliveau where there's not much meat on the bone at $750K - an executable deal I'd put at $925K+, soft costs for MY biz (with overhead, etc) run roughly 9-10% ARV, if held for 6-10 months.

I am interested in "contract flipping" to begin, and how I can execute flips perfectly.

Perhaps they would waive any penalty if a purchaser will execute an agreement with them....
