I always enjoy helping friends out.  

I also enjoy that Hood to Coast Relay race and will probably be up there again this year.I almost moved up to Corvallis a number of years ago. 

Open floor plans are great as well, it will benefit you because a unit will appear bigger then it actually is and your tenants will enjoy openess because it will create a pleasant environment for interacting within the unit. 

I like not getting my hands dirty and just enjoying the cash to buy more properties.

I have a good job that I really enjoy so if I get into real estate it will be a small side gig, and never more than a hobby.

Sounds like dad is enjoying his golden years and doesn't want any BS.I can't stand SFR rentals.

I have enjoyed reading the different threads here so far and look forward to meeting and networking with everyone in the upstate area.  

We put a lot of blood sweat and tears into them and want to enjoy the consistent rent we're currently receiving on them.
