@Mario Morales this is not easy that is for sure.

Make sure nothing about your entrances (doors) stands out that make them look like an easy target.

Bidding online makes it too easy for people with no clue to bid everything up too high or down too low (depending on your state).

It also needs hvac system and electrical connection so its alot  maybe 650-800 for rent
