How would you go about price anchoring and negotiating the deal?

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I fund deals as a full time job.

I'm buying a property directly from the owner. 

A good PMC can assist with all of that for a Placement Fee.NEVER trust a real estate agent to do your screenings, as they have a conflict of interest - they won't have to deal with any tenant issues once you pay them their commission.

We've been educating ourselves on creative financing and Subto and would like to know if there are recommended professionals in the DFW/ Texas area who are experts on structuring a creative deal who can essentially advise us and take care of the process for us. 

There's a lot of indicators that are pointing this direction.

I hope to continue to learn from the vast amount of knowledge that is here, make connections and maybe someday do some deals with some of you!

We were planning $600/mo mortgage payment, $100/mo insurance & $100/mo taxes - balloon payment in 5 yrs.We are providing $5k to pay back taxes ($4k), back hoa ($125), pump septic & grease trap clean out ($225), survey ($600)  & our children are paying closing costs ($1500).Deal stalled as owner backed out on seller finance.Suggestions?
