I just found biggerpockets a few weeks ago, but I have already been amazed by the wealth of information here and the spirit of community and helpfulness in the forums.

This is why I always laugh when I see guys with fifteen posts here on Bigger Pockets confidently tell the community that they KNOW that a particular property is undervalued, usually by a huge amount.

My imagination started running wild over weekend when my QI office is closed so I reached out to the BP community to help calm my nerves. 

Hey BP community,I know that the 203K FHA loan has been recommended several times for those that are just starting out with their first home (and possibly for those that are still in college and don't have the employment track record that they look for when qualifying) but I just wanted to know if there were any other loans out there that are comparable to this loan and what the differences would be.

I have lived in the Lake wildwood community since 1994.
