After bailing out of buying two duplexes last week and speaking to several RE veterans, I came here tonight wondering what Brandon and David have to say about what might happen to the real estate market when nearly every factory, brick and mortar storefront, office, and business in this country shuts its doors.

A 14% drop in area income during the greatest recession this country has ever seen is getting off pretty damn lightly IMHO.

If not, no problem, if you tell them you donate to the Red Cross you qualify as well.  

However I take comfort knowing rental vacancy rates across the country are at historic lows and inventory remains incredibly low, while immigration remains strong. 

Some from out of state and some out of the country.

We are hearing about some municipalities and counties across the country halting evictions because of the Pandemic. 

@Shafi NossWhen it comes to demographics, I think you're somewhat answering your own question in a way: the same item may and will have different pricing depending on the area (town, country, country, etc...)

We're going to be seeing a lot of this all over the country in the near future.
