When an individual whowould otherwise be a beneficial owner of a reporting company qualifies for an exception, thereporting company does not have to report that individual as a beneficial owner in its BOIreport to FinCEN.

Once I got the invoice, I would call the office of the company he used to ask them to send you the invoice to make sure they match up.

If you are asked to pay anything, pay it to the title company to hold (escrow account).

Chris was partially correct ... the Roofer (Company I hope) should cover costs related to the roof, damage inside, and on/to that property.
