Already a co-owner of  single family home with shared common space and bedrooms rented to individuals.  

I recommend GC Realty & Development as a property manager if you want to pursue that market.

If you don't need assistance marketing the property and just filling out paperwork with a tenant you found, many agents will charge you a flat fee that may be cheaper than an attorney. 

Investors are likely seeing multiple offers on properties, and homes are selling relatively quickly.If you're considering investing in this area, it might be wise to act quickly when you find a property that fits your criteria.

I am sure properties on the water have lots of potential. 

@Dawn Miller You mean you own the property with no debt on it (free and clear) then you sell the property and provide a note to the buyer?  

I am currently doing property management on Cape Cod and looking for new opportunities.

Now i send this property to my buyers list with verbiage of "realtors stack your fee on top".

So if you were in my position, how would you use creative financing to build up to 10 properties in the next 3 years and not sell stock or touch retirement?
