Hi there i searching a good screening tool ... i saw some reviews on flipkey website about rentprep.after checking the web a little bit i want to know what i do with tenant that have only passport and dont have ssn is it possible to run a check ( i dont mind if not all the features will apear but i need to supply the complexes a document that i did run a background check ) is it possible  

You could add pics of work you have done or managed in the past and what you are doing to educate also.Out of curiosity I will be looking into some properties in NA to see if buy and hold makes sense for positive cashflow even for some older places.
