It is always good to have an out of state parent LLC and have other LLC under it.

I am an only child and my father is gone, so I am her beneficiary for everything.

After I file BK I am planning to start paying the maintenance fees again, move in with my parents to save money until I short sale the property, and rent it in the meantime.

I've been working for a year now grossing around 27-30k annually.I've been wanting to move out of my parents house for a while, and I've been thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to buy a house and bring in a couple renters.I would probably go into it with my parents helping me out financially as co-signers on the loan.

Or I can tell him to go to his room as if I'm talking to a human child and he'll do it.

My parents have a tenant that had a lease expire on the last day of the month in August.

Hey BP,I'm new here and trying to learn as much as possible, so this is my second post.I currently own a townhouse that I plan on moving out of this fall and renting it to my current roommate so I can work on finding a great deal and do a live in rehab(I can move in with the parents for a little while).

I have worked with my parents as a property manager in the past. 

I had to have my parents on the loan due to me being a full time student and the money I get from the GI Bill not count as income.  

Like your standard late-20s, I've got student debt and a meagre savings (I support my parents as an additional monthly expense) and I'm just wanting to learn before taking the plunge.
