@Wayne Brooks, I didn't find out anything about the original TD, but I'm sure a local title agent could get that data or quick trip to the county recorder's office.

I had no idea about this community until I downloaded a bunch of BP podcasts out of curiosity and binge listened Sunday on my 11 hour trip from Panama City, Fl to College Station, TX.
