@Tonye Jack One thing to consider is the Columbus, as a city is roughly 3x the size of Cleveland, so they really are not even in the same category....they are, however, similar sized metro statistical (MSA) areas of 2 million or so...that means there is a lot of opportunity in either MSA...you just have to find it.

That's why I posted on the forum, hoping this wasn't uncommon and I wasn't a rare statistic.
