That means if you give something out at an event it has your logo and info on it, if you send an email, it has a signature block with your logo and info on it, if you have a company car it's branded, every time, without fail, everything you do is branded.

The VA loan will take longer to close (45 - 60 days) than conventional and can be a pain, they might also ask for a second appraisal paid for by the seller, try and hold out for a conventional offer at the same price, which can be closed as soon as 30 days.

@David Krulac   that's what I love about your neck of the woods... out here title can go back years but many of the lot and block descriptions were created only 20 to 50 years ago then its back to the farmer... then Spanish land grants etc

@Peter Sanchez I am a value investing enthusiast and 100% agree that stock market principals apply equally well here.On the other point, I think its important to point out that real estate really is not as indexable as other investments because of the vast differences even block by block, the inefficiency of the market, the fact that many buyers are not actual investors but utility seekers and that you control the asset in RE vs. stock market investing which means you can actually add value.
