And during the weekend when I am home, I know that the girl would do at least 6 loads per day, they guy normally does 2 loads on top of that.

UPDATE: the big guy in charge called me back with a " intimidation " tone,Debbie, if you are going to make a black mark  on my company by CC company, then the offer $ 26,997 is off the table, and if you go through the dispute you won't get any cent back. 

A lot of good points.Previously I would think the zoning ordinance is something written black and white and I could just follow the rules and do it.
