Question:To get capital to acquire more rentals, should I:a) move my current rentals as-is (no changes to equity/payment terms) into the LLC to use as collateral against future LOC's and Biz loans?

Also, are there advantages (for acquiring bank loans in the future) to getting the loan/deed in either one of our names versus getting the loan/deed put into our names jointly?

But once I do, I wondered how to begin acquiring contractors in such a rural area where there isn't much choice for miles when it comes to builders and GC's that can handle scale.

Can anyone tell me the best ways they have learned to acquire new investors?

That leaves $80k leftover after acquiring their house, no assets to their name, around $1900 PITI, and no property for their horses - meaning they will either need to sell their horses (break my mother’s heart) or pay board for their horses which generally costs between $400-$700per horse. ^ this plan could work.
