With my incredibly limited knowledge of the mobile home rental industry It would seem to only be appealing if you owned the entire park.Owning a few mobile homes in the park then renting seems to be along the lines of owning a few condo's in a building and renting them out.

well, it's highly correlated to the demographic they appeal to, let's see:Studio, 1 bdr -> mostly singles, hence highly mobile2-4 beds already families with kids.
