I have general knowledge of how the construction deal (ACV, LTV) etc is set upHow much (more than actually build costs) should I fund for?

Knowing a bit about the KC area (I'm just South of you in SGF) I know that your ARV isn't going to be $1,250,000 or greater so agency-type loans are off of the table. 

So, I am looking for someone that I could help out in exchange for knowledge and experience.

This website has been a tremendous value in terms of the knowledge and members.

However, just in my limited knowledge and an attempt to contribute I think the general rule around is 10 loans to a name and then you'd need a portfolio lender to be doing anything past that.

We are hoping to expand our knowledge in Real Estate, network as much as possible and well I took on the challenge of one of the most recent podcast and that was to become a member and introduce myself.  

I would however get some more knowledge so that you are comfortable to take the leap.  

There is a lot of knowledge on these forums.

The housing agency is charging him pretty heavy cancellation fees unless he can find a replacement.

If anyone is available to add some valuable knowledge and info that would be great.
