Considering at one point she didnt even get the business and thought I was wasting my time ( until I started closing some deals and the money started coming in and she got a new designer purse that I promised her Id buy when I closed first deal) I'm just excited shes entertaining getting involved.

I cold called her and she was on the fence about selling the property, she was contemplating doing the work herself but said she would entertain an offer.

We are going to turn the garage into an entertainment area that will include a sleeper sofa.

Of course most sellers wont entertain this, but some motivated sellers will.

Has anyone rented out their SFR as an Adult Care Residence?

If i saw behavior that might indicate issues such as sporadic communication, late payments, messages from neighbots/relations to tenant then I would certainly entertain this idea.

I think the most important thing is to rule out nobody meaning if they are an adult I ask them if they live in the block and know anyone selling.

How about living on a street where nearly every evening for the past two decades, neighbors, adults and children, set up tables and chairs in the middle of a street off the heart of downtown to gather and hang out, but after the neighborhood starts gentrifying, the newly moved in neighbors complain to the city officials to stop the gatherings?
