Many banks will shut down accounts if/when they realize you're accepting payments from a dispensary because it isn't legalized at a federal level, and banks adhere to federal regulations.

@Carlos Pena No, double close because when an agent/broker sees a contract with an assignee clause they get nervous and will sometimes advise against accepting the offer.

BP,     My wife and I just got an offer accepted on a two family that was built in 1960 and in pretty good shape. 

Now that it is rented, yes, it is an acceptable commute for me as a self-managing landlord. 

BP,     My wife and I are going through our inspection report for a two family we have an accepted offer on and the inspector noticed that there are black soot like heat streaks staining above the baseboard heat in the bedroom and living room of rental unit. 

I am finally accepting the fact that I need to file for an extension and work with a CPA.
