This occurred on a Saturday morning at 7:30 and they were over there within one hour dealing it with it.Everything with the house is fine now and nobody was harmed. 

Im assuming the busy noise times are morning and evening rush hour and steady weekend traffic. 

If a developer were going to have a person like that working with them, it would be someone that could be there when they are needed, early morning to days end, Monday through Friday and could bring some value to the project. 

I have been to 16 of the 31 (32 including CD de Mex) states in Mexico during 17 different trips there, I speak fluent Spanish, and I lived there for 2+ years.  

Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef was definitely a highlight of the trip !  

I am flying out to Indy/KC mid-Feb to check out their operations and hopefully do another trip to memphis/little rock in the summer.

I do this on the side while working a FT W-2 job (thankfully I currently work evenings so it's easier to do some activities in the early morning).
