But anyway those 12 states generally will have a carve out for TRUE PML who is lending their own money and its usually a limit of something like 3 loans a year no more than 5 outstanding at anyone time.. other wise a license is required even for those not holding themselves out as a lender.

We are thinking either construction adhesive on the wood with penny nails hammered through into the mortar to hold the boards place while the adhesive is curing, or to drill Tapcon masonry screws through the boards and into the brick while being really careful not to over-torque and bust out the brick...

Only reason I'm thinking of getting the 401k loan is 1 I borrow from myself and pay myself back with interest 15k over 5 years2 I'm making interest over the 5 years of holding the 60k in my saving accounts at a 4.60% monthly rate. the only question is how much money I would make over 5 years of that 60k sitting in my 401kover the 5 years of interest paying off the 401k loan
