it was great price for the location. and I was looking for a good school district for my daughter.

We moved to a better school district; I'm renting now until I can find a house to renovate.

I have grown to love the DC area, and having gone to the University of Maryland and graduated not too long ago, I hope to be able to stay here for quite some time.

All the areas you mentioned have low school rankings which is a major thing holding them back (I mention Westminster to a lot of first time home buyers for example and they almost always reply, “Yeah, but the schools...”).
