After I finished putting together my course I looked at it and thought "Dam% I wish I would have met me and bought this 8 years ago"...That's the honest to god truth....I would be alot wealthier today, had I known then what I do now....Okay, i'll get off my pulpit so Mr.

No single person is "the Real Estate God" who we must submit alms to in the hopes of providing our life-long path.

At the end of the day, it needs to be an agreement that you all are happy with if, God forbid, things should go less than ideal.

We invest for two reasons. 1) for me to be able to stay home with our kids while providing our family with an 2nd income 2) for my husband to be able to permanently retire in 15 years when he retires from the navy (god/navy willing).We are buy and hold investors in single class A real estate, which allows us to invest while working full time!

Mgt fees is because if an out of state investor wanted to buy you out, or if, God forbid, you became incapacitated, those are real expenses that the property would have to cover.
