. :) I list out that they can't do these things:- Parking on grass- Store campers, boats, aircraft, unlicensed/insured cars, - working on cars, - using any part of the property for business purposes (including childcare, baking)They cannot have:  fish tanks, water beds, fire pits, trampolinesI don't think any of that is too crazy though. :)

- If the example is not QREP, but has a boat load of passive income and you don't, their results are of no value to you.- Then you get into what other write offs is the example taking advantage of that allows them more or less tax benefits to their holdings.

I am operating under the same premise with my two partners, we don't take any of our cash flow out of the bank account and look to just keep reinvesting it to grow our "snowball".We are in the same boat as you, we got some really awesome deals a few years ago but can't find the same returns now.

Hello, Has anybody bought properties, through Beckstone Partners.I have not received my monthly rent payment & I am unable to contact them, & feel I may have been fleeced, interested to know if anyone is in the same boat.

A contact I have, a former student who is now with the national police, tells me the authorities aren't sure if it was the Albanian or the Romanian mafia that took him out on a boat and beat him to death before they threw him overboard, they just know it was one of the two.
