One question though, if I do not permit myself to have a key, how am I supposed to lock them out or be able to get in without breaking a window/garage door/heavy man door??

Should i wait for a year to realize the correction or am I just having analysis paralysis?

If someone does come to inspect after, but nobody ever did before, and I find out I need to take out more money, can I restructure the 203k loan, or am I stuck paying out of pocket for additional repairs?

Or am I the product of a paranoid father of a daughter... 

I understand there is always the Federal program but am I wrong in thinking that the exchanges are for individuals and I would get a better price if I could go through a group I may be affiliated (i.e., ABA, VA, AAA, etc.,) that would be going in as a larger group?  

Also, I don't speak for all newbies nor am I mad at Bill.

But at the end of the day, you have absolutely no control over how you will make money on your investment.So I ask you, BP friends--do you root against the stock market too, or am I just a twisted, pessimistic grump?
