Continuing to hold a CA rental could be a very low return proposition compared to other options (RE or otherwise). hence the logic of the investment might force you to sell in any event.

Maybe I should first ask how you finance your properties that you sell with lease options.Have you run into "equitable interest" situations where you were forced for foreclose if the tenant buyer didn't pay rather than just an eviction?
