Did anyone here start real fast with no cash and all on credit?

I work fast and so cost effectively (cheapest materials) and so low in my labor charges that I tend to get a LOT of work.

I was thinking maybe I would offer to take an option to buy because I don't know if I could resell it fast enough to assign, and also buyer would probably being using conventional financing.Please let me know if you have any ideas.Lance

Dual agency can get an agent into hot water FAST, and, for the purposes of an investor buyer, I would say it defeats the whole idea.

I missed out on that one.So there are good deals in NJ, but not in quantity and you have to move fast when you find them.

I present an all cash deal with no contingencies and a fast close - it can not get any better than that!
