We discussed that in 2 years he would either sell, Rent it out ( and we co own the rental)  or buy me out of my share at present market value.

If my contractor has a favorite supplier or know where to get good prices I am happy to go with that.

I just go to the USPS office and send it certified with a signature request.And then if there is a forwarding address on file with the USPS then the USPS forwards it without notifying me...Am I doing it wrong?
