This last weekend I did the wholesale class the second of two times you allowed to take it in two years.

I've been away because of many things, i.e. looking for propety in Jersey (will live in, then rent out) and starting an ecommerce business...www.flipflopsnshades.com (shameless plug for those of you who wear flip flops and sunglasses).Anyway, my wife and I went to the infamous Rich Dad/Poor Dad 3-day training seminar in New York this past weekend.

What's there isn't terrible, but not what I'd offer a new tenant.The weekend is coming and I'm tempted to start showing it, asking that they have an open mind and assuring them brand new carpeting and linoleum are going in.Thoughts?

Well, I came across a guy working at the local hardware store last weekend.

That's my weekend plan!!!

Have a renter in one side and will be posting to CL on Monday for the other side as we will do paint touch ups and cleaning this weekend.

If they really were watching it for a weekend (obviously not true in this example) would they be liable for the fine?
