Hi,  I'm seeking an individual or company that can  get derogatory 30 day lates removed from a credit file. 

My CPA was doing a great job filing, but she wasn't helping us plan for the future or giving me guidance on how to reduce my taxable income.I recently hired a new CPA that works with a lot of real estate investors and she's been great!

So you would be looking at 2 1/2 to 3 time the cost of a single foreclosure, and of course 2 time the cost if the borrower were to file bankruptcy, or fight the foreclosure.I have paid $600 to foreclose on a property, and over $75,000.

OBTW a multi member LLC files 1065 every year from the date of formation.   

Perhaps some in a group may be introverts and don't feel comfortable voicing their opinion/ ideas in a group so they just play along.

Just ran into this in Swissvale 2 weeks ago, but luckily the changes to zoning were easy to prove and the borough found documentation that predated the change (it just happened to not be computerized though, so took digging in old filing cabinets to find).
