If Anyone Could Give Me Tips On Taking My 1st Steps To Get A Sell , I Already Been Learning The Basic Of It, Also Gaining Knowledge , And Looking At YouTube Videos All Day ....

I have one rental (SFH) already but the BP books/videos/podcasts have opened my eyes on how to do this in a much smarter way!

@Chris Battaglia - I would recommend the we close notes podcast, the good deeds note investing podcast, and note school for podcasts/youtube videos as well as the information that you can find on Bigger Pockets.

His introductory video is so boring and convoluted and manipulative, I could never get all the way through it.

There's youtube videos on how to do everything these days, plus freelancer sites where you can hire attorneys to do a quick review.

You'd just want to do a really really really good job of securing it.This sounds like a good house for you to list with @James Wise , actually, so he can make a video of it and probably sell it to some other non-local investor for considerably more than you paid for it.
