It is a valid concern. 

I think you've got a valid, executed contract.

Locally you can self-manage ... or even if you immediately or eventually choose not to self manage, at least you can keep a close eye on your contractors, PMs etc. to validate that they are doing a good job at what you are paying them to do.

Find some valid reason for your offer to have changed.  

The payments, the  insurance, the gas... if you don't hear a giant sucking sound every time you turn the key, you're not listening. 

Can't uber since the gas mileage is terrible.Would like to find a good market to sell but I am having trouble finding one and learning how to attract buyers.

There is a Pilot gas station about 120 ft (slight up gradient) from our property, and our environmental phase 1 shows there was a spill in 2011.
