Instead, I pulled a spare sump pump from my shop and picked up $25 worth of parts, two hours later the pump was installed.It is pretty easy to hire things like cleaning, mowing, junk hauling and even to get any skilled laborer into the property.

I have great math skills, a very strong work ethic, common sense (which isn’t as common anymore 😂), social/interpersonal skills, and more, all of which I believe can benefit you and take off some of your monotonous work load, while helping me learn the business hands on, which I see as a win-win.

I personally would have only cancelled if the seller was unwilling to negotiate and I deemed the repairs too difficult/costly in relation to the acquisition price.
