Talk to a few agents and lenders in your area that work with real estate investors and even house hackers more specifically.

I would reach out to other investors and investor agents where they claim to do business (and where you'd like to do business with them) and see if they're familiar with this company.

Even with minimum liability of $100,000 there are plenty of attorneys that will take a quick $33,000.A vast majority of the comments I see on this board (from people that are not licensed insurance agents) regarding umbrellas and liability insurance are way off base. 

The sales commission goes to the seller's agent.
