He was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness so our life plans are changing. 

Hello everyone,Im relocating for a new job in Fairfax County Virginia, where ill be renting an apartment for a few months while i get settled in/learn the area.

I'm afraid of analysis paralysis because I don't know if i'm still waiting for the right property or if I have fallen ill to it already and just don't know it haha!

i still will have 60k equity in the home, I'm paying myself 401k back to myself at 9% interest rate.. so I'm adding to my 401k.. and I'm making 4.60 interest from the money in my saving accounts that Ill be using to pay back the 401k loan.. 

There are reasons for tax sales, no one wants the embarrassment of losing their home; loss of employment, a death in the family, illness, incarnation, social problems. 

It from a few year back but, if you connect with me, Ill provide all of the analysis that I used to assess and pro forma the project.  

Ill take any advice and ill elaborate if needed.
