I'm a licensed realtor and I actually purchase the properties myself, remodel them (some are very minor remodels and some are very extensive) and then list them for resale.

Then offer, if they have any other needs in their business, that you're really hungry to get involved and to learn the business, so if they needed help answering phones, cleaning toilets or whatever, that you'd love an opportunity to work with them and help out. 7.

Hello Ashley,I’m finishing up a project in Copperas Cove with Clyde Burns @ 3 feathers Maintenance / remodeling and I’m very happy with the progress and work he has done for me.

With that background, the most common thing I see missing from investor (and owner) remodels is landscaping.  

The limited experience I have would be remodeling my own home, but that was much less extensive than the work needed for a traditional flip.Thank you all in advance!

I know very close  what a roof costs, HVAC, water heater, windows, flooring, painting, remodeling kitchen, baths, lighting, electrical, plumbing, landscaping etc...

I'm thinking of using carpet tiles in our remodel of a 1976 duplex.
