Multiple offers even on properties that are tear downs.

They buy cheap, tear down, and rebuild new, and then property manage the tenant and the house for you.

Its also an easy retrofit for a new tenant without tearing down the building.  

And, of course, you may be able to recoup some cleanup costs from their security deposit after they move out, if they've done more than "normal wear and tear" to your property.You really can't control how well they clean the inside of the house while they're living there.

Instead of tearing down the existing structure to make way for two new units, can I just retain the existing structure and build only the second unit?
